A member of the famed Kennedy family, Tatiana Schlossberg, succumbed on Tuesday following a November disclosure of a uncommon leukemia diagnosis.
Family and Institution Announces the Loss
News of her death was shared in a public statement from the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum.
“Tatiana passed away this morning. She will forever remain in our hearts.”
Details of the Condition
Within a personal essay late last year, Schlossberg revealed that she had been suffering from AML, a form of leukemia with a uncommon variant.
This form of cancer is a cancer that affects the bone marrow and blood cells.
Those close to her is seeking space as they mourn this profound loss.
